Delivery and Shipping Policy

Payment Approval and Shipping Timeframe:

Once your payment is approved, the product will undergo a shipping process that typically takes 6 to 8 business days. During this time, we will send you an email containing the shipping and tracking details of your package. If there are any delays or if the estimated time limit is exceeded, please feel free to reach out to us via Live Chat or Email for prompt assistance. Delays may occur due to public holidays or natural disasters, if applicable.

Shipping Options and Costs:

We offer free shipping for orders over $90. However, if you require expedited delivery, we have an Expedite Shipping option available for an additional cost of $30. This expedited shipping method takes approximately 6 to 7 business days for processing and 1 to 2 business days for delivery.

Shipping Partners:

We work with trusted shipping services such as DHL Express, PDEX and FedEx Express. Once your product is dispatched for its destination, we will send you an email with the tracking and shipping details. In the event that you are unable to personally receive your package, you can authorize a neighbor to receive it on your behalf or leave an absence note on your door indicating an alternate address where the package can be received and signed for.

Important Information for Proper Delivery:

To ensure successful delivery, it is crucial for our customers to provide us with the accurate shipping address, correct contact number, and relevant personal details. We are unable to ship parcels to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Therefore, please provide us with a complete physical or residential address for shipping purposes. If you need to make changes to the shipping address, please contact DHL Express DPEX or FedEx Express directly to arrange for any necessary amendments.

Order Notifications from Unileathers:

After placing an order with Unileathers, you will receive a notification confirming your order and a complete receipt of the items you have purchased. If you do not receive a notification, it means there might be a technical issue or problem with your registration. Please note that the product will not be shipped or processed until the confirmation receipt is sent to you.

Claims for Late Delivery and Damaged Items:

We value our customers and understand the inconvenience caused by late delivery or damaged items. If you do not receive your package within the estimated time or are unable to track it, we offer compensation for this inconvenience. We will either provide a refund credited back to your credit card or PayPal account, or offer a replacement. In the event that you receive a damaged item or encounter any other issues, please contact us via Email or Live Chat within 7 business days after receiving the delivery. Additionally, we have a 15-days return policy for refund claims.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via email with the product’s shipping and tracking ID. It typically takes 2 to 5 business days for the product to be delivered to your doorstep after shipping. For expedited shipping, delivery takes approximately 1 to 2 additional business days after the product is shipped.
