1. Return Policy:
15 Days Exchange & Return Policy
– Customers can exchange or return a product within 15 days of purchase.
– To initiate the process, send an email to support@unileathers.com

– Our customer service representative will address your concerns within 48 hours.
– We highly encourage you to contact us within a month of purchase.
– Unfortunately, we cannot assist with exchanges or returns after 15 days.
2. Cancel Policy: Order Cancellation
– Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
– Upon cancellation, the full refund will be credited to the buyer’s account.
– After 24 hours, a 25% deduction from the total amount applies.
3. Size Exchange: Easy Size Exchange
– If you need to exchange a product due to incorrect sizing, we offer a hassle-free exchange.
– There are no charges for the exchange itself, but delivery charges apply based on the size and weight of the item.
– If there are any design or color discrepancies compared to the website picture, please send us snapshots highlighting the issues within 5 business days.
– This option is not available for products without price tags.
– Requests for size exchanges must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
– After 24 hours, an additional 30% of the total amount will be charged.
– Size exchanges are only valid within 5 days of order collection.
4. File Policy: Return Policy for Certain Items
– Please consider your purchase carefully for items that are similar in nature, as we do not offer return or exchange policies for such items.
– Custom orders cannot be exchanged.
5. Custom Duties: Additional Custom Policies
– Attach the product tag to the packaging material before returning the product to our warehouse.
– While we offer free shipping, any additional custom policies imposed by the state must be paid by the buyer.
