- Refund requests are entertained and the process takes around 15 to 45 days and varies case to case. Please allow 15-20 days for the processing of returns and up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your account statement.
- The credit card or account that was used to make the initial purchase will get the refund.
- The price of the item or items and any applicable taxes will be credited to you.
- The thirty dollars for shipping and handling are not refundable.
- If a customer returns a product for a refund, they will receive 100% of the store credit.
- In the event that an item is returned for a refund, the actual shipping cost will be subtracted.
- Since sizes are verified after a consumer places an order, a complete refund could not be given if an item is returned because of a sizing issue. In this case, exchanges are permitted, but the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the item.
