Requests for size exchange or reporting issues with the received item must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Any requests made after this time frame may not be eligible for processing.
Refund requests are entertained and the process takes around 15 to 45 days and varies case to case. Please allow 15-20 days for the processing of returns and up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your account statement.
The credit card or account that was used to make the initial purchase will get the refund.
The price of the item or items and any applicable taxes will be credited to you.
The thirty dollars for shipping and handling are not refundable.
If a customer returns a product for a refund, they will receive 100% of the store credit.
In the event that an item is returned for a refund, the actual shipping cost will be subtracted.
Since sizes are verified after a consumer places an order, a complete refund could not be given if an item is returned because of a sizing issue. In this case, exchanges are permitted, but the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the item.
Customer-inflicted damage or old goods will not be accepted for a refund/Exchange.
Items without their original tags will not be eligible for refunds. The goods must be returned with all tags and packaging intact in order to be eligible for a refund. Returns without tags might not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping

All our products are shipped via DHL, FedEx or Skynet. The courier is chosen based on the fastest shipping route. Once the order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to our customers with a tracking code for them to track it. We do require that the customer should provide us with the correct shipping address and their contact information. If in case an address or any other detail is mistyped at the time of the order, please contact our Customer Support within 24 hours.
